Authorization to contact your references

By placing an order, you authorize Allison & Taylor and its agent(s) to contact the source(s) you provide for purposes of verifying any reference, recommendation or statements related to your employment.

Results

You understand that Allison & Taylor cannot and does not guarantee that any specific results will be obtained, nor that work will be completed within any specific time period. Allison & Taylor will document its findings to the best of its ability.

Limitation of liability

You agree that Allison & Taylor’s liability shall in no circumstances exceed the cost of the original purchase, and you agree to indemnify and hold Allison & Taylor, Inc., JobReferences.com and My Job References, and their affiliates and representatives, harmless from and against all claims related to their work on your behalf in checking your references.

Accuracy of your information

You affirm that the information you provide is, to the best of your knowledge, true, complete and accurate.

Refunds

Refunds and substitutions are governed by our refund policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. JobReferences.com does not receive or store your full card number.
