Pricing questions
Do you offer refunds?
Once your references have been called, the service has been performed, so we don’t offer refunds. If a reference hasn’t responded and there have been fewer than three contact attempts, you can substitute a different reference. See the refund policy.
Do you have promo codes?
When a promotion is running, you can enter the code on the secure payment page after you build your order.
How can I pay?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all processed securely by Stripe. We no longer accept PayPal.
Are there extra fees for a Cease & Desist letter?
The service starts with a $425 retainer. Rush letters and letters to employers outside the U.S. are $30 extra each, and additional demands on the attorney’s time, such as calls or emails, are billed separately.
Can I get my report by phone or fax?
Reports are delivered by email notification and the secure client login at no extra charge. Telephone or fax reports are $10 each; call (800) 890-5645 to add one.
